For those who have expressed a desire to help set up the rooms for the Holiday/Maker Fair, I’ve moved the time back to 7pm on Friday. We’ll be cleaning up some and moving tables/marking spaces in readiness for vendor setup.
And, if you haven’t been looking at the Calendar, that’s in Interactive and Pillar of Solitude (formerly CA).

Do we have enough tables? Should those of us who have tables bring our own to make it easier?
If you’ve got your own tables, that would be great. I haven’t officially counted the available tables, but I am pretty sure that DMS doesn’t have quite enough.
What size are the booths/tables preferred?
It’s probably going to be a bit flexible, as there should be some spare room. Between 6 and 8 ft… The DMS tables are 6 ft, but there should be some extra room this time.
ill bring my own folding 6 foot table and try to scare up another one for someone else to use.
