How is a distribution list different from the "at"Team_Machine_Shop?
It’s exactly the same thing.
The current Team_Machine_Shop list is out of date. This is an update.

Functionally nothing.
Machine Shop wants to build the list and this is the fastest way before before the next meeting. It will also allow us to update the Wiki page, which is seriously out of date. It can have a separate name. Usually the “team” address are for responding for problems - this is just for communication of committee business.
