Quick Status Update Regarding Classes:
Wow, we have many days now where the number of classes exceeds 20+. Also they cover a very wide variety of subjects. Congrats to all these teachers. Not long ago we were less than 20 classes per week. Amazing growth!
To date this year DMS has paid out $11,400 in honorariums with $4,900 in classroom supplies. That would put us on a path to $200,000 for the year.
Usually about 60% of honorarium dollars stay with the committees. So much so a number of committees have working budgets over $10k. There are some caveats where some committees have incorrectly high or low balances but averaged out we are at $300,000.
