Lost Tool: QuickSlide Alignment Tool

Seems like a tool has been lost in the test of time. Has anyone seen this alignment tool recently?

I last saw it 6 months ago. I’m pretty sure it sits in a bag of some sorts, pretty wide, but narrow.

It is on the shelf next to the dock door, behind the gantry.
