My friend in rescue reports that the Carrollton shelter is a good one and they he would be safe there
If animal control picks him up, please let me know and I will make sure that Shepherd rescues knows he is there
and needs some minor medical care
My friend just picked up a shepherd the other day from the Arlington shelter that needs major surgery on
her hip
Lots of the shelters today work hard to get adoptable animals into resfue or
new homes

Step mom reached out to her foster she volunteers with and Operation kindness in Carrollton or the farmers branch adoption center were both suggested. I know operation kindness is no kill, farmers branch adoption center is very nice but I canāt find anything specifically stating itās no kill.

Most city shelters are trying to be low kill, Since city shelter have to accept
every animal brought in, they get very sick, animals, badly injured animals with low chancesā
of survival and aggressive dogs and such
