Looking to build a large format printer

Looking to get started on building a large format 3d printer. That said I wanted to get a list of parts together so I can start sourcing them and then a design that I can either scale or is already designed to scale.

Looking to get a print area of at least 20"x 20"x 20"
Thinking core X/Y with a stationary bed right now, but not set in stone.

Looking for advice.
