I can’t speak for 4 hours ago when this was posted, but that class is full.
There is a woodshop Committee Meeting on Tuesday at 7pm. If you are interested in being an instructor you can show up to the meeting or reach out to @Azalaket or myself.
Teachers are needed. The typical process is that you take the class, then shadow the class to make sure you understand everything, then you teach with another teacher there to shadow and make sure you hit all the points.
Ask not what your Makerspace can do for you but what you can do for your Makerspace…or something like that.

That’s great, if one can actually get into already full classes. I said before I would be willing to teach but without being able to attend a class that’s not possible. Since I’d need to take a class, then shadow that’s impossible given that the one class on the calendar is already full.
I would also be willing to start the process of helping to teach the basics class. I’m a little rusty with some of the larger tools but I spent a ton of time in the shops both in HS & College and had a small one in my garage dedicated to guitar building.
I was hoping to start that up again but there aren’t any classes after this one on the calendar which is 60 days out at the moment.
