I have been on the looking around for stencil to no avail. There is a cubby with only some letters in it and a few in ceramics. Cannot imagine there isn’t a stack of them somewhere! Do we have any?
I don’t believe we have stencils. However we have things where you can cut your own stencils.

They make a stencil material that can be lasered.

Hey sir! I sure do, Hobby Lobby. They are back with the other premade stencils near the paper crafts. They come in a couple of sizes and all of them are strong and tear resistant.

At school we cut up old plastic folders. Not fancy but it works.

Protip: plastic folders are dirt cheap right now while office supplies are trying to finish getting rid of school supplies
