Elderly neighbor needs tree stump removed.
Anybody here do that? Can you recommend someone ?

First thing that came to mind. Drill holes, douse in diesel, set on fire with upside-down metal trash can and a leaf-blower.

Drill holes, fill holes with pelletized Potassium Nitrate. Keep topping off stump for about 30 days. When dry you can light the stump and it will smolder for 2-3 days following into the roots. They sell it at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

BTW don’t do this near other combustible materials (i.e. Your house).
