Im making a guitar for a friend but i don’t really know how to make a guitar neck any tips would be helpful or if someone is willing to make it for me im happy to pay
One option- Guitar necks are sold in various finished states.

That I do not know. Just seen them used & discussed in various YouTube body builds. Necks with the fret work and string tensioners are another type of skill.
Maybe call Guitar center and then search luthier guitar?
I have no idea if prices are competitive, but Warmoth has always been a fun website to browse for such things.
