Looking for contractors you trust

I’m looking for list of residential construction contractors. THAT YOU LIKED AND TRUSTED.

Flooring, walls, painting, drywall, tile and all the other stuff after a waterline break.

Gimme some names.

We can’t recommend Corona’s Woodwork highly enough.

We used them for some prep work before we sold our house. Wish we had known about them long before that, they did great work.

Neighborhood Facebook and Nextdoor pages are good places to look, too - folks are unlikely to recommend a “meh” contractor to their neighbor!

I’m 100% following this thread. I have so many projects to get done, I’ll definitely watch this list.

We use these for our rentals:

  • Ferguson Electric out of Krum
  • GP Plumbing (Dave) out of Denton

We’ve used this one in the past to upgrade a panel, fix a burned dryer outlet / wire run, and wiring a sub panel in my shop back when we lived in Lewisville. Expensive but on time and damn great work:

  • White Electric out of Lewisville

We have a handyman that lives on the north side of Denton named Abel. PM me and I can put you in touch with him.

I hear about this often on the radio. Probably good and fast, but not cheap…

Call the home inspector that I gave you the contact for - He uses many contractors for his rental homes. I would expect he has a good list.
