I am trying to log into the computers in the 3D print area, I’m getting a message that says “The sign in method you’re trying to use isn’t allowed, for more info, contact your network administrator.”
I am using my Makerspace username and correct passcode. Not sure what to do.
Try the computer next to the TV; there’s a known issue where those who took the online training aren’t being added to the AD groups. If you send a screenshot of your exam results to the 3d fab team they can add you
In the interim the computer by the TV in 3d fab isn’t checking membership in the 3dfab group.
