Most computers now use DMS domain login. It’s the username and password used when you signed up. If you don’t remember the password it can be reset here.

If you’re pretty sure the login and password are correct you might try another machine just in case to see if there’s an issue with that specific computer.

Thanks Luke, I got Brooks involved, apparently he had to get the developer
involved. So we’re working on it.
