Backtail Studio (a YouTuber I follow), recently began accumulating a database of Makerspaces/shops which allow the use of Woodworking tools. This has evolved into a pretty good database of Makerspaces in general as well.
It lists 23 locations in Texas alone. Useful if you are visiting family in another state and need access to shop tools (or are looking for a Makerspace to visit while traveling).
