When I try to send a file from lightbulb to big Thunder it says “there was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused”
Most likely operator error. Suggestions?
I would use RDWorks but every time I load my vectors it says there is an XY slopover even though the size is well within parameters.
have you tried just sending anything (a circle) from RDW to see if it working. Thunder, PC, or both may need a reboot.
I can send files from RDWorks, just not the files I need. I cannot send any files from Lightburn.
Edit: rebooted both. No change.
Lightburn says communication with controller failed.
EDIT2: figured out RDWorks problem so lightburn isn’t critical.
