Howdy, I have already been trained/certified/signed-off/paid on lift usage. Have used it many times in fact - but not recently.
Looks like my access didn’t make into the RFID ACL.
Can some kind soul please assist?

Group membership should be addressed by the trainer. Infra can help, but trainer still has to be involved to verify (unless this was a formal class on the calendar where we can turn up a record, in which case, Real names, times, dates, instructor can help us track that down).

I also dropped off a crisp $20 in the drop box, which was the payment system in effect at the time.
Also just went through the Google Account setup for my [email protected] account, and saw “Active Directory” on one of the screens, in case that’s the AZ subscription/AD directory used for this stuff.
