Let's get the PRUSAs printing properly!

Here are my notes on the repairs and current actions being taken toward them:

The prusa on the left, PLeft for now, needs to be calibrated again and currently drags the sheet of paper when doing so. The suggested action is to lower the PINDA sensor. The part that holds this is no longer threaded well, and should be reprinted.

The prusa on the right, PRight for now, has an issue with the top part of the extruder module. The hobbed gears (as seen through he hexagon opening) seem to be installed incorrectly, and a printed piece has broken on this part also.

I suggest we should also print (in black and white) the assembly instructions for these models as they are helpful for reference too

One of the Prusa’s is up and printing nicely. There is an enclosure over it as well, and the PLA printing I’ve been doing has been pretty easy.

I’ll continue some prints this week to make sure it’s all happy.

The 2nd prusa is disassembled but the parts to do a full rebuild are all at the space. It might be fun for a small group to put it together as a learning event instead of just waiting for a single person to do it themselves.

Thoughts?
