Some more small pieces of granite and poundo boards would be good, too. But I’m sure you and Dan have worked out what is needed. I think a small charge ($10.00 easily, maybe more) is quite justifiable. Dan dipped in to his personal leather stash so we could all practice, and he shouldn’t really need to do that.
It was a great time, and we all really seemed to learn a lot. We talked about more advanced classes, and we’re looking forward to that. The great thing about leather is that it appears to be nicely modular. The beginner class was largely intro to leather itself and practice stamping, which was great for getting a feel for it all. I’m looking forwarding to a “joining” class, whether that’s stitching or cementing or lacing or all of those, it should be a blast!
