The 28th Annual Boot and Saddle Makers show is coming up pretty soon…Friday, Oct 7th & Saturday, Oct 8th in Wichita Falls. I hung some flyers for it on the bulletin board in the CA Studio, but you can find more information at http://www.bootandsaddlemakertradeshow.com/
If you are a leathercrafter of any level and want to ooh and ahh over lots of great stuff, they usually have a decent number of vendors at this show. Most offer a show special of some sort, but you can find deals on leather sewing machines, clicker presses & dies, machine splitters, super quality hand tools like Barry King and Gomph-Hackbarth in addition to a really nice selection of wonderful exotics and stock leather as well as hardware and many more products. Of course, Tandy will have a booth, and last year we saw Leather Machine Co. and Weaver Leather and their full line of tools & machines as well.
There is also a Boot Makers Contest and a Saddle Makers Contest as well as free seminars.
