So I just did a little dip dyeing at home and after setting a piece to dry (veg tan with a thin lining layer to cover the rough side) I saw bubbles form in the middle and just decided to peel the pieces apart since the barge cement was already weakened. I’ll just have to glue it back together once it’s dry, figured I’d share in case someone has been thinking of dyeing a glued piece.
