Layered Stencil File Help

I created an 8 layer svg in inkscape but when I pull it into lightburn it merged 2 of the layers into one. Anyone know why and/or how I can separate them in light burn? Anyone have a practice version of lightburn I could use to figure this out from home?

Maybe try making each layer a different color if they aren’t already that way. If it works for your design, maybe try moving them in inkscape so they won’t overlap. If that fails, maybe try saving from inkscape as a different filetype and importing that.
