Last minute seat available >>> Arduino Classes: Faster than the Speed of Sound

The title of this posting comes from my 12 year old granson’s science project where he proved the speed of sound varies based on temperature. He used an Arduino, ultrasonic sensor and other parts from my classes to calculate the speed at 42, 73 and 115 degrees within 1.5% of published values. I’ll bring his prototype so students can check the room temperature results during lab time.

Seats are available in the following classes. Classes are free, open to non-members, designed for those with no experience in programming and electronics. All parts furnished except your laptop computer.
