The Lasersaur will be down for some of or most of the evening on Tuesday the first of September. The motherboard will be getting some upgrades to make it less susceptible to interference from the laser firing. In theory this will cause the BeagleBone Black and ATMega to crash and reset less often (hopefully not at all). I’ll post back with the results when they’re available. If you haven’t seen it yet the issues are discussed in this video around 18 minutes.

Some modifications have been made to the motherboard on the Lasersaur. If you run into issues with it like resetting or crashing please let me know. A big round of applause for @urbite and Allen who spent the evening diagnosing the issues and making modifications.
