@sixvolts and @JoshW is there a github for this software? I have an idea how we can monitor usage for charging and integrate it into the App. I didn’t find an API for the Thunders, but we can go old school. We can put a current monitor sensor into the tool lockout and when the current ramps up we know the laser is firing.

Howdy, We don’t a have github repo for the project yet. There’s a page on the DMS wiki about it. It’s still a very early prototype. Another group of folks has already built the current sensor for timing everything.
The controller on the Thunders is made by a company called Ruida, and they are capable of networked communication. I’m still hopefully we can communicate with it directly, but I haven’t gotten that far.
