Lot’s of different options, but the Festi Boxes.py web interface has some great pre-defined boxes.

I lay mine out by hand in DraftSight (an AutoCAD clone) - usually because I need something intricate / customized beyond basic genres. Not the most scalable solution nor something I’d recommend to someone that doesn’t already have 2D CAD experience.
