Hi Everyone,

It’s time for our monthly Laser Committee meeting and maintenance day. This coming Sunday, October 7th, we’ll meet at 11:00AM for our committee meeting and maintenance and cleaning will start at noon. Join us for discussion and learn how to help care for our lasers.

@Scott_Blevins is making Octoberfest Bratwursts and @skwurl will be bringing some homemade cupcakes for those helping out with maintenance and cleaning.

Some topics for discussion include:

  • increased maintenance needs during the busy season
  • new login/queue management system (potentially a preview)
  • Better organization for tools and consumables
  • any other issue as needed

  1. I believe we need to discuss (possibly create?) a procedure for taking a laser offline and notifying team laser when an issue arises such as these threads this morning:
