The Laser Basics was the only class we offered. it is about 45-60 min class. It covers how lasers work, what materials work for cutting, etching, and raster. We then spend about 15-25min on each laser, depending on the questions. In that walk thru, we demonstrate how to place and secure your material, the file formats, the software, how to home & set a new home/origin/offset, how to check if the material fits your cut (frame/bounding box), and much more.
For those that already took the Basics and understand how not to set the building on fire, the differences between Vector and Raster, and are comfortable using a laser, we offer the Epilog Zing & Thunder training. We spend 20-30 minutes on each. We do go a little more in depth on each, as folks tend to try a few things and ask more questions. so the class goes about 60-120 minutes.
All the classes are now on the calendar. Below are the registration links. Soon, we will have a new calendar process, and it should be a lot easier to post classes requiring registration.
