I am setting up my classroom and would like to print a few poster sized things.
They can be printed on whatever paper is available.
How would I go about doing that, and who should I talk to for instructions?
Thanks! <3

Did you get this figured out? Curious as well.
You should just be able to hook up a laptop to the USB cable and print. You might have to download the specific drivers for the printer, but otherwise nothing unusual.
Just remember to pay for all of the prints you make, failures, tests, and finals.
Hey, just saw this - sorry.
Couple options here.
as mentioned, If you don’t care about the paper, you can plug a cable into the USB and print away. Obviously make sure to pay. PLEASE do not play around with settings on the printer or try to change the paper or anything.
connect it via ethernet to the switch under the table in the middle of the room. You can then use the HP Instant Print software on the back row computers in the lab to connect and print to it. I find the solution is the most reliable.
we can schedule a time to run a couple prints if it’s a one off thing. I can also change the paper out if you need then.
If you want to learn how to change the paper/ any other maintenance, then we can schedule a time to go over that separately.
I highly recommend not trying to install the HP instant print software for your own computer- most links are viruses these days as it’s end of life, If you want a copy, message me and I can get you an original installer.
