Kiosk in metal shop not responding

I taught Dynatorch yesterday to 2 people and the touch screen on the Kiosk wasn’t responding for them to make a donation. The screen is also cracked a little. I was in a rush getting ready for TIG welding so didn’t spend much time on it.

How do you reboot it, is the screen damage significant enough to need fixing?

The screen damage has been since before my time at DMS. It doesn’t normally keep the device from functioning, just keeps it from functioning well if that makes sense.

I normally reboot it by power cycle, and then remember that once you reboot it you have to have someone log it in before it’s usable. That process buys another couple months of life before it hangs up again.

I restarted the square app on it around 6pm last night before it would take a transaction.
