We should strongly look into using the wet classroom for this endeavor. Let’s discuss and figure out a way to make it happen.

That would be great! I have worked with my grands using air dry clay and clay that needs to be fired. My granddaughter made some Christmas ornaments at my house and then I had them fired at DMS. You can teach a whole lot of techniques in handbuilding that would be fun without ever having them in the ceramics area. I think that’s a great idea. I also had my grands take classes in the science area and paint pouring. I stayed with them and they really enjoyed it. We would participate if they’re offered, schedule permitting. Also, I vote for children and grandchildren of DMS members, at least initially, because classes would need to be small
