Does anyone have a small amount of kaowool lying around that they wouldn’t mind parting with? I only need a few small scraps to line my heat treat oven door.
I might have some, I’ll look when I get home. I do have rigidizer and plistex (IR reflective coating) to spare

Whatever can handle 2000f is fine. I only need probably like a 1- 2 inch strip around the door. The door is like 12x11 inches. If you do manage to find some I am usually hanging out in the machine shop in the evening. Or you could just leave it in there and I’ll find it. Thanks for the help
