Blender is on version 3.1 now and has majorly changed since the latest version available, and to the better, especially for newer users. Free of course, so would be lovely if this could be updated. Download — blender.org

As a bit of a stretch, I know there has been some interest in if it’s possible to get Maya on there. Not sure how their org licensing works so that’s kind of a whole can of worms.
