We have people talking to Powermatic and it sounds like a motor replacement at this point. No ETA yet.

The 8" (on wheeled base) is running in the mean time
The 8" is running in the interim. Please note - the 8" has one, and only one adjustment you can uses, the infeed table (cut depth) adjustment.
DO NOT mess with the fence.
DO NOT mess with the outfeed table adjusters.
If you do, I will personally watch the video until I find you, then send my dog to poop on your lawn.

Any updates on the motor replacement for the old jointer? I tried to use the 8" jointer yesterday but it does not work well at all. It’s very noisy and the wood gets caught in the blade. I don’t know if this is because someone adjusted the alignment.
