Hi all, this is my first post. I stopped by 2 weeks ago and met Amelia. She was phenomenal and gave me a great tour of the facility. I’m ecstatic to join, but have been running into consistent issues when trying to pay on the website. When using a credit or debit card, this error consistently pops up: “Remote Transaction Failure. Please contact support.” Do you guys have any solutions for this? If so, I’d greatly appreciate it.strong text
An email to [email protected] from the email address on file is the usual start of these things. Or if your membership portal is otherwise functional, you can open a support ticket there.
In the account portal use the ‘contact us’ to open a ticket.
