Hello! I would like to make sure to invite everyone to the next Creative arts meeting. @Haley_Moore and I are now co-chairs of the creative arts and we would like to include you on the plans/happenings.
The meeting will happen in the Creative Arts room April 21st at 7p
Snacks will be provided for everyone with a positive energy & smacks provided for anyone with negative energy. (kidding)
Major objectives:
Identifying and getting the word out to Makerspace artists about the art show and the new momentum of the arts committee
What teachers did we find/can we find to teach new classes?
The art show - voting on some of the core ideas of how we will do the first show & rough out ideas for future shows
Review of board meeting and elections
Art supplies/consumables - present your ideas on how to track/maintain them
The possible move and how we can best use the space
Creative Arts/esty like makerspace member sale for late summer/early fall
Ideas for funds
Identifying short term goals (1-5months) & long term goals (6-12months)
Open forum
