Jobs out for contract

Does anyone, or makerspace, take up job offers or help with projects. I don’t really have any interest in learning to use the plasma cutter but I think it would work well for my project. Is there a system in place or bounty board for offering help or sub projects to people? I want to cut an armature for an electric motor out of sheet steel and laminate them together. Would I need an SVG, or what format?
