Hi, good morning, friends.
I know that this topic has been discussed but my problem with multicam3000.
the reading of the files on the machine’s display is ok, but when I try to access a file through the display it gives this error “JC Error Start”.
could someone help me please

Google says this was the fix last time (happens to be on TALK, too).

Are you talking about our machine in the Woodshop, or is this your personal machine?

Good morning in this previous topic they say that the problem was with the antivirus, but in my cpu machine there is avast installed so I can not even find the problem

As far as I can tell, this is not a problem with our Multicam at DMS, so it is not appropriate as a formal Issues & Requests post.

I’m moving it to Woodshop so people can feel free to continue helping him troubleshoot his personal machine.
