Issues with billing should use our billing system to get resolved. Easiest way is to email [email protected] to create a ticket.
That said, iTop uses Active Directory and the billing system uses LDAP (even though you login with an email account, which makes it a bit more confusing). I see you’ve created an AD account, so in theory you should be able to login into iTop. It’s possible the two passwords don’t match though.
