ISO Laser Rubber Stamp Material May 2019

Hi all,

I’d like to make some ink stamps using the laser and need advice on which material to use, what thickness works well, and where I can get said material. Thanks for the help.

Last time I asked I was told this-

you’ll have to glue to a backer, probably wood.

Those are your 2 choices from all I have seen. I would go with the Johnson’s.

The stuff from Johnson Plastics is the same stuff from the now defunct Laserbits.
It works pretty well and while not totally odorless, is a good improvement over the old stuff.

Thanks all, that’s exactly what I needed.

FYI, LaserBits is defunct now because Rowmark bought them and is selling the parts and peices they like through Johnson Plastics now.
