Is there a way to merge accounts?

I was previously a member back in 2020-2021 and had a different account but only as an added family member. I wasn’t sure how to reactivate that account when I wanted to join back up so I now have a solo membership under this current username/account. Is there a way to merge the two?

Only reason being I already previously had been trained on different things (although I’d defintiely retake any training now) and also had many topics in talk I’d like to be able to reference again

FYI, Talk is not linked to a member account, or Active Directory. You can log in to that account to access the old topics.

As far as merging accounts, no.

And in particular family member to primary is a transition that isn’t really supported on our backends sooo yeah. (If you have your old account info we might be able to find your old account to at least get you some info or something but not guaranteed.

I would recommend entering a ticket from your account. That puts it in front of the folks that can do that sort of thing. I mean, it’s a bit of a nightmare because it all has to be done manually, but the ticket bring it to their attention, and lets you send the personal info that they’ll need without spreading it all over this public forum.
