Is the FSL up/running? (Edited - it IS up and running)

The tool status board shows it as Red/Inoperable, but I can’t find anything on the forum that suggests it’s down.

Several people (including myself) used it this afternoon. Aside from the fact that the autofocus doesn’t work (which is a trivial issue), it’s working just fine. I updated the status to green.
