Greetings good fiberistas!
If you’ve taken a beginning knitting class and knit everyone you know all the scarves and washcloths they could ever use, come join us Thursday 8/22 at 7:00pm for “So You’ve knitted a scarf, now what? 3 Intermediate Knitting Skills” and learn:
- how to knit in the round 2 ways: open tubes and closed tubes
- how to add beads to your knitting while knitting, as well as some “in a pinch” substitutions that work
- the what, why, when, and how of short rows.
Please bring your favorite set of mid-size double pointed needles and a small amount of fingering/sock or lace weight yarn.
The class is free, but if you would like to take your beads and bead threaders home with you after the class, please bring $2.00 for instructor supplies.
