You mentioned interim officers in your post- who are they? I need a form signed so I need to know who the current treasurer is.

@Julie-Harris, I thought @Diplomat was the acting treasurer after the board’s action in a prior meeting?
She is informing you under the new BOD, the treasurer is @Lampy.

Treasurer Pro-Tem. Not looking at it as a long term thing. Only to keep the lights on and rent paid. Even then the check signing authority is with the President Pro-Tem.

You are correct. We have been in the review process this morning to verify the minutes look accurate and correct. They will be posted ASAP. We tried to get them up last night but it was very late.
