Stumbled across a youtube video on digg that I thought would be of interest to the wood shop. Basically a guy has a prototype table saw blade that he’s trying to gauge interest in. The blade allows you to create 90 degree corners with more gluing surface than two simple 45 degree cuts.
Just saw it on reddit and watched it as well. Cool stuff…
It should be doable, but I’d like to try the approach with our 90 degree V-bit and “normal” endmills on our MultiCAM. 
This even got my wife’s attention. She wants one

Super cool blade and very in keeping with a project I wanted to work on. I need to make an acrylic display box for a model airplane diorama.

I’ve been looking for a v-groove or shaping blade that could do this work. Is there one in the shop already and I just didn’t know about it?
Sorry for the kinda thread hijack but it’s all got the same aim, just different material.
We do not have a v bit blade.
I have made some boxes with Inkscape and the box plugin. Laser cuts dovetails and snaps together without glue.
Did anyone catch the name of the company in the video??? It would of been nice if they had shown a logo or something at least once. 
He’s looking for backers. The one he’s using is the prototype.
FWIW there are several router bits that can accomplish the same results, though you’d have to route each side of each board separately.

We actually have a lock joint router bit, I gave a class on it when we purchased it a few months ago.
