What’s the Safe Act?
Most CNC machines can cut wide variety of metals. Much of the cutting of CNC machine is limited by pressure it can put on a piece to be cut. So a slower speed can cut tougher metal. The same grade of metal used in guns. I am not an advocate for building guns, but i am saying that stopping legal people from having guns will not stop illegal people from having guns. Technology may making the idea of guns about as affordable as buying a gun. Will they take away CNC machines too? The Dallas makerspace cnc has feature locked off and we have asked people to not make guns.
