I don’t know anything about organs, but this seems like a nice piece that doesn’t play. I think the bellows have a hole but I have no idea. It’s currently listed for $300-25%, but I’m certain that I can get anyone interested a good deal.

You may want to research “re-leathering” as used in wind driven pipe organs. Goat skin comes to mind but it has been decades.
“Organ supply” in Erie Pa may have any misc you need if you venture down this road.
If I had the space to recreate Doc’s house/garage, it looks good enough for me just to use as a set piece… 
those pump organs are much like upright pianos - they are impossible to give away.
