All the files have been digitized and are on the File server. \files\committees\woodworking\Inca Router Table.
I have taught the class in the past on how to do half blind dove tales and here is a hand out created from the video screen grabs that Chris Morgan helped out with.
blockquote, div.yahoo_quoted { margin-left: 0 !important; border-left:1px #715FFA solid !important; padding-left:1ex !important; background-color:white !important; } Thank you, the issue was I searched for INCRA and the files are saved under INCA.
This does help though thank you.
After reading all of the material we have and watching the video I cleaned up the table and realigned everything yesterday. I refaced the stop so it was assembled properly, flipped the rail in the 45 degree so it would run again, and re-zeroed and centered the carriage.
Today we are now missing the hairline window entirely with its screws, which makes using it for INCRA joinery not feasible.
Did it crack somehow last night, and or has someone requested a new one?
The carriage was also misaligned, and there was a router bit with its blade in the collar of the router.
The table will still work for basic routing, but for now the INCRA joining won’t be possible until a hairline cursor is installed.
I would normally open a ticket, but I figured it was worth a shot to see if someone knows where the original window is before I do.
First, thank you for doing that. If it’s not in the black box below the router or somewhere else around it consider it gone. Lucky for us incra is a local company only 1 exit up, so we can gets parts pretty quickly. If @Azalaket signs off you can purchase and get re imbursement (keep your receipt), or you can DM me the list of missing items we need and I can order and grab them. Probably tomorrow or Friday.
