My thoughts and prayers for everyone touched by this loss.
I’ve lostt the majority of my immediate family to it, and my 22 year old son had leukemia as a child. So fuck cancer.

He was an amazing maker and always helping on a family project or remodeling his own house. February he hurt his back at the deer lease, September he was gasping for his last breaths doped up on morphine.

Truly FUCK CANCER. My uncle was diagnosed last week with kidney cancer. Going through the start of the process and how much surgery and poisoning of his body he is going to need to do to hopefully kill the shit.

Diagnosed with Kidney cancer in 2011. Now I have 1.5 kidneys and I get to (A) wonder what any lingering pain might be, and (B) have those super fun scans every year or so.
