I took advantage of the temporary Illustrator/Photoshop “trial” from Adobe during the shutdown, using my DMS ID. Now when I try to use the Adobe on-prem, it asks me to sign in with my Adobe ID and then it says my “trial” is expired and I have to pay for the product to use it at DMS.
the copies at DMS are not like the copies that were done for home.
If one of the workstations that is supposed to have a license for adobe does not have a valid license, then we need to look at that.
Do not try to activate a copy of adobe on-site like was done for home use.
Thanks.
I would not try to activate a copy of adobe on-site. I just signed off of that computer and shut it down.
The computer on which I had this problem was the vinyl cutter computer in CA.
I’ll have to take a look when I get a chance. It’s possible it’s license entitlement is borked on that computer.

I think the whole computer may be bonked. I spent at least an hour trying to get any semblance of software to show up. Most I could manage was internet explorer.
