I need acrylic and sheet metal cut with CNC ROUTER/PLASMA CUTTER

I have to make a channel letter sign that consists of 11 letters that measure about 22 inches tall. I am hoping I can find someone that has access to the wood cnc and can cut ACRYLIC, and .063 Aluminum.Doesn’t matter how it’s done, (maybe you CAN use a wood router to cut aluminum, I’m no expert)
Each letter will consist of one acrylic face, and one backing consisting of .063 aluminum.

I supply ready to cut file. I use vinyl express to design, but I’m pretty sure (if these machines don’t work with these files) that they can be converted.

I would like to know how much would you charge me to do this for me.

How thick acrylic and do you have the acrylic already? If you already have the acrylic is it cast or extruded?

You want cast for the best machining results. You can run extruded through, but it tends to get gummy and will not be clean. Extruded’s value is that it has higher dimensional accuracy for things like surface thickness, but that doesn’t seem to be important here so the cleaner edges and easier machining of cast would be the best choice
